Our Partnerships Speak For Themselves
With extensive biological capabilities, OmniAb focuses on ion channels and transporters. They have decades of experience in novel drug discovery from screening to lead optimization.
OmniAb started a partnership with Longfellow as Icagen in 2019. Starting at our Royal property, they are now part of Imperial Labs at Newcastle North. Our Leasing team helped them with a short-term lease option while our Design and Construction team worked with them to build out their new space.
Partnership with Longfellow
Alcon opened a research clinic this summer that enables faster eye care innovation. This will provide locals with the opportunity to participate in clinical trials utilizing cutting edge technologies for eye care.
Alcon started a partnership with Longfellow as Aerie Pharmaceuticals in 2015. They were part of the first spec lab that Longfellow ever built in the Exchange building. Our Leasing team and Design and Construction team have both worked with Alcon as they have grown and expanded into the entire Exchange building.
Kriya's team focuses on targeting diseases that have an impact worldwide. The Kriya team targets validated biological pathways along with innovative gene therapy approaches, pushing for transformative benefits.
Kriya Therapeutics started a partnership with Longfellow in 2020 at Quest Center. They are now also a partner at Newcastle North. Our Design & Construction, and Leasing teams worked with Kriya to expand them into two suites at Newcastle North, requiring both streamlined communication and coordination to ensure success.
AstraZeneca is a worldwide pharmaceutical company driven by science and focused on patients. They strive to transform the outcomes of patients through novel medicines and combinations.
AstraZeneca started a partnership with Longfellow in 2018 at Royal I. They now also occupy space in Royal II. AstraZeneca has continued to expand with us because of the flexibility that we could offer, their access to a courtyard, and the provided loading docks for their space.
Smart Wires is the leading provider of grid-enhancing technology and services, dedicated to helping with increasing capacity and resolving critical grid challenges. With partners, they have unlocked 3.5+ Gigawatts capacity.
Smart Wires started a partnership with Longfellow in 2021 at Newcastle North. They were the first dry lab partner that Longfellow has worked with in the life sciences space. Our partnership with Smart Wires enhances our own ESG mission to further environmental stewardship.
